Cadenza Choir - Ages 3-5 yearsNon-auditioned music introduction class.Cadenza choir helps preschoolers find their singing voice and employs movement skills, turn-taking, and direction following. This class enjoys many singing games and folk songs. Two annual performances. Mondays 10:00-10:45 a.m. 'Mommy and Me' time is the last ten minutes of class. $70 per semester or $126 per year. 10% Sibling discount available. Some additional materials fees.

Caprice Choir Grades K-1 Non-auditioned beginning choir. Caprice choir teaches beginning music skills including beat competence, in-tune singing, and rhythmic notation. This class enjoys many singing games and folk songs.

Concert Choir Grades 4-8
Non-auditioned intermediate level choir Students receive training in vocal technique through the study of folk songs, classical, and contemporary music. They also learn sight-singing ,simple part singing, and receive training in improvisation through the Orff-Schulwerk method. Concert Choir accepts about 6 performance opportunities per year. $80 per semester or $144 per year. Instructors use folk songs, singing games, and traditional pieces. Some performance opportunities. $75 per semester/$35 per year. Cantate Choir Ages 10-15 (audition only)Advanced level treble choir. Auditions held in May. The Cantate Choir is CCC's 'performance choir'. They sing a challenging repertoire including classical, folk, and contemporary compositions encompassing three to four part harmonies and many different languages.We emphasize free and natural siging while developing healthy vocal habits. Using Solfege, the singers strengthen their sight singing, ear training, pitch matching, and independent singing. Mondays 4:30-6:00 p.m. Wednesdays (sectionals)4:30-6:00 p.m. $95 per semester, or $171 per year. Some additional uniform/materials fees required. Uniform fee$35/yr. 10% sibling discount available.
